This hotel is in a convenient location, close to the old Lombok airport and easily accessible by public transport. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is helpful and friendly, making guests feel welcome. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
There is no bar available in the hotel, limiting options to relax and unwind in the evening.

The Pratama Hotel in Mataram provided us with a budget-friendly option for our overnight stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious.

Great central location, easy access to public transport and attractions. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Fantastic views of the city from the rooftop beer garden, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening.
Limited dining options within the hotel, would have liked more variety in the menu. Lack of amenities like a pool or gym, which would have been nice for some leisure activities during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, comfortable beds/pillows, and delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to get around and find public transportation.

Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to find food and transportation. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the clean rooms that were well-maintained. the hotel is in close proximity to several tourist spots, which was a plus.
The rooms were a bit small and basic. the hotel did not have a pool, and there wasn't much of a view from my window.
